Quick answer
Is AsiaProxies working right now?
This page shows the AsiaProxies service status for the website, checkout, dashboard, residential gateway and mobile ports. Incidents, if any, are posted on this page with a date. Residential proxies start at $0.50/GB. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. If something fails and no incident is listed here, email support.
Which AsiaProxies components does this page cover?
AsiaProxies tracks six components. Each incident names the components it affects.
| Component | What it does | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| Website | Public pages on https://asiaproxies.com | No reported incident |
| Checkout and payment confirmation | Invoices and confirmations for USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC and SOL | No reported incident |
| Customer dashboard | Account, balance, sub-users and order history | No reported incident |
| Residential gateway | gw.asiaproxies.com on HTTP port 7777 and SOCKS5 port 7778 | No reported incident |
| 4G/5G dedicated mobile ports | Mobile ports and the IP rotation API | No reported incident |
| 4G rotating mobile data | Shared rotating mobile IPs billed per GB | No reported incident |
How does AsiaProxies communicate incidents?
AsiaProxies posts every incident on this page. An incident entry includes the start time, the affected components and countries, and updates until it is resolved.
- Incidents: posted here when we confirm a problem.
- Planned maintenance: posted here in advance, with the time window.
- Product changes: recorded in the changelog.
We do not publish uptime percentages yet. We will publish them only after we have measured them over a full period, with the method stated.
Why can a single country or carrier fail while the rest works?
A single country or carrier can fail because AsiaProxies routes traffic through partner networks and local mobile carriers in each country. A carrier outage in one country does not affect the others. In that case, the incident names the country and the carrier.
A target website can also block traffic while the proxy itself works. Blocked targets such as banks, government portals and payment portals are refused by design. They are not incidents. See the acceptable use policy.
How do I test the AsiaProxies gateway myself?
Run a quick test before you contact support. It shows whether the problem is the proxy, your tool or the target.

Send a test request
Use the command below with your own username and password. It returns the exit IP.
Try another country or session
Change the country code or the session ID in the username. If that works, the issue is local to one route.

Residential and rotating mobile traffic never expires, so an incident does not make your GB expire. If a dedicated mobile port cannot deliver a working IP, the rules on the refunds page apply. Plans are on the pricing page. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week through the contact page.
