Quick answer
What personal data does AsiaProxies store?
AsiaProxies stores as little personal data as possible. At checkout, we keep an account number, an optional email address and your payment transaction hash. We also keep usage data to bill traffic. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. We never collect ID documents, phone numbers or card details. Proxies start at $0.50/GB.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which operates AsiaProxies and https://asiaproxies.com. Privacy questions go to [email protected]. Details are on the contact page.
2. Our principle: data minimisation
We collect only what we need to sell, deliver and protect the service. We do not ask for data "just in case". This is why AsiaProxies has no KYC and no identity checks, as explained on the no-KYC page.
3. What we collect
- Account number: created at checkout. It is your login.
- Email address (optional): only if you add one, for receipts and account recovery.
- Payment data: the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction hash. Public blockchains show the sending address; we do not ask who owns it.
- Usage data: traffic volume per account, active ports and sessions, for billing and your dashboard.
- Connection records: technical records such as connection times and destination hosts, kept for abuse handling and security.
- Support messages: what you send us by email.
4. What we never collect
- Passports, ID cards, driving licences or selfies.
- Phone numbers.
- Home addresses.
- Card or bank account details.
- Company registration documents.
If someone asks you for these in the name of AsiaProxies, it is not us.
5. How long we keep data
| Data | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Account number | Login and order history | While the account exists |
| Email address (optional) | Receipts and recovery | Until you remove it or delete the account |
| Payment records (coin, amount, transaction hash) | Order matching, refunds, accounting | As long as US and Delaware accounting rules require |
| Traffic usage per account | Billing and dashboard | While the account exists |
| Connection records | Abuse handling and security | A short period only, then deleted |
| Abuse reports and related records | Investigating reported abuse | Until the case is closed, then as the law requires |
| Support emails | Answering your request | Until the request is resolved, then a limited period for follow-up |
Our upstream partner networks may keep their own technical records. We do not claim a zero-logs service.
6. How we use data
We use data to deliver proxies, count traffic, match payments, process refunds, answer support requests and handle abuse. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
7. Sharing
We share data only when needed:
- With partner networks, to route your traffic. They receive technical data, not your email.
- With competent authorities, when a valid legal request applies under the law of the State of Delaware or US federal law. We can only provide data we hold, as listed above.
- With service providers that host our systems, under confidentiality duties.
8. Cookies
The customer dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data linked to your account. Send the request to [email protected] with your account number. We reply within 12 hours. Some payment records must be kept for accounting, even after an account is deleted.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Important changes are listed in the changelog. Plans and prices are on the pricing page. The terms of service and acceptable use policy also apply.
