Quick answer
Does AsiaProxies give refunds on crypto payments?
Yes. The AsiaProxies refund rule is: a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and used under 100 MB of the pack; dedicated ports that never deliver a working IP are refunded in full. Refunds go as a credit back to your AsiaProxies balance, where it never expires. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. To test before a larger order, start with the 1 GB pack at $1.50 (paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance, never expires and is not refundable).
1. When you can get a refund
Our refund rule is: a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and used under 100 MB of the pack; dedicated ports that never deliver a working IP are refunded in full.
This rule applies to every product:
- Residential proxies: the refund window and the usage limit apply to the pack you bought.
- 4G rotating mobile data: the same window and usage limit apply.
- 4G/5G dedicated mobile ports: if the port cannot deliver a working IP, you get a full refund.
Refunds are issued by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which operates AsiaProxies. This policy is governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA.
2. How refunds are paid
Refunds go as a credit back to your AsiaProxies balance, where it never expires. A balance refund is available right away for your next order. A crypto refund is sent to an address you give us, in the same coin and on the same network you used. The exact amount is confirmed by support before we send it.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your account number.
- The exact amount and time of the top-up.
- The product and the problem, in a few words.
- For a crypto refund: a wallet address on the same network.
We reply within 12 hours. We never ask for ID to process a refund.
4. When no refund is due
A refund is not due in these cases:
- The request comes after the refund window, or the usage limit was exceeded.
- The account was suspended or terminated for a breach of the acceptable use policy or the terms of service.
- A target website blocks or limits traffic. Blocked targets such as banks, government portals and payment portals are also excluded.
- Crypto was sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network that we cannot access.
5. Overpayments and underpayments
If you sent more than the invoice, contact support with the amount and time of the top-up. The extra amount is added to your balance. If you sent less, we can credit the amount received to your balance.
6. Before you buy
The best way to avoid a refund is a small test. The 1 GB residential pack costs $1.50 (paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance, never expires and is not refundable). A one-day mobile port costs $3 in South and South-East Asia. Plans are on the pricing page, and payment steps are on the no-KYC page. Questions go to the contact page.
