Quick answer
What should I know before I buy Asia-Pacific proxies from AsiaProxies?
AsiaProxies sells Asia-Pacific residential proxies from $0.50/GB and dedicated 4G/5G ports from $3/day. There is no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. You pay in crypto with USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC or SOL. Proxies work as soon as the payment confirms. Use is governed by our acceptable use policy, and bank, government and payment sites are blocked.
How payment works
Top up $25 or more
Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.
Send it to the address shown, on the exact network
The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.
Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”
Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how your payment is found and matched to your account automatically. Nothing else to send us.
Credited after the network confirmations
Your balance is credited once the network has confirmed the transaction. Usual times:
Crypto Network Confirmations Usual time BTC Bitcoin 2 ≈ 20 min USDT Tron (TRC-20) 20 ≈ 1 min USDT Ethereum (ERC-20) 12 ≈ 5 min USDC Ethereum (ERC-20) 12 ≈ 5 min ETH Ethereum 12 ≈ 5 min SOL Solana 1 ≈ 1 min LTC Litecoin 6 ≈ 15 min One balance for every product and country
If you started from a plan, it is bought automatically as soon as the top-up is credited and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any product in any country — residential, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile — paid instantly. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.
Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.
Buying proxies
What does AsiaProxies sell?
AsiaProxies sells three products for Asia-Pacific. Residential proxies cost from $0.50/GB and are billed per GB. Dedicated 4G/5G ports cost from $3/day and include unlimited traffic. Rotating mobile data costs from $0.90/GB. All three are paid in crypto with no KYC, and the full list is on the pricing page.
What is the smallest pack I can buy?
The smallest residential pack is 1 GB for $1.50 (paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance, never expires and is not refundable). It is meant as a test of your target sites. The shortest mobile option is a one-day dedicated port, from $3. The smallest rotating mobile data pack is 1 GB for $0.90. There is no free trial, so these small packs take its place.
Does my residential traffic expire?
No. Residential traffic never expires, and rotating mobile data does not expire either. You can buy a pack today and use it over several months. This is different from monthly plans at many providers, where unused GB are lost at the end of each billing period. Dedicated ports run for the day, week or month you bought.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within a clear rule. Our refund rule is a a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and used under 100 MB of the pack; dedicated ports that never deliver a working IP are refunded in full. Refunds are paid as a credit back to your AsiaProxies balance, where it never expires. Write to support with your account number and order ID. The full policy is on the refunds page.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No. You log in with an account number that is created at checkout. Email is optional. Without an email, the account number is your only login. Keep your account number safe, because it is the key to your balance and your proxy credentials.
Payment and crypto
Is there a minimum payment?
Yes. You pay by topping up your account balance in crypto, with a minimum top-up of $25. One balance works for every product and every country, so you can buy a 1 GB test pack today and a 4G/5G port later from the same balance. No KYC is needed at any step.
Do I need to send a transaction ID after paying?
Each top-up has a unique amount, down to the last decimals. Send exactly that amount, then click "I've sent the payment": the payment is matched to your account automatically, with no transaction ID to paste. Wait for the network confirmations; your balance is then credited and you can buy any plan.
Can I use one balance for residential and 4G/5G plans?
Top up once, then buy any product in any country from your balance: residential proxies, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile data. What you do not spend stays available; it never expires and is not refundable.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept six coins. USDT works on TRC-20 and ERC-20. BTC works on-chain. We also accept ETH, USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), LTC and SOL. We do not accept cards, PayPal or bank transfers, because AsiaProxies is a crypto-only service. The checkout shows the exact network for each coin.
Which payment option has the lowest fee?
USDT on TRC-20, LTC and SOL usually have the lowest network fees. ERC-20 payments on Ethereum often cost more in gas, so they suit larger orders. The fee goes to the blockchain network, not to AsiaProxies. Your wallet or exchange shows the fee before you send the payment.
How many confirmations does a payment need?
It depends on the network. Bitcoin needs 2 confirmations, USDT on TRC-20 needs 20 and USDT on ERC-20 needs 12. Litecoin needs 6 and Solana needs 1. Your proxies become active as soon as the last confirmation arrives.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Contact support with your account number, the exact amount you sent and the time. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week and checks the payment on the blockchain. Always copy the exact amount and address from the checkout page, and check the network before you send. A payment on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
I live in Asia and have no crypto yet. How do I pay?
You can buy USDT or BTC on a regulated exchange in your country, then withdraw it to the AsiaProxies payment address. Pick the same network that the checkout shows, for example USDT on TRC-20. Thailand, for example, added USDT and USDC to its list of approved cryptocurrencies in 2025, according to law firm Tilleke & Gibbins.
Will AsiaProxies ever ask for my account number?
We never ask for your account number by email or chat. Your account number is your login, so keep it private. If someone asks for it by email or chat, do not share it and report the message to [email protected]. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
Is unused balance refundable?
Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. You can use it later for any residential, mobile or rotating-data plan. Plan refunds follow the refund policy: a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and used under 100 MB of the pack; dedicated ports that never deliver a working IP are refunded in full.
No KYC and privacy
Do you require KYC or ID verification?
No. AsiaProxies does not run KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. We do not ask for a company registration either. You pay in crypto, so there is no card holder name to verify. No KYC does not mean no rules. Our acceptable use policy applies to every account, and abuse leads to termination.
Why don't you require KYC?
We do not need your identity to sell bandwidth paid in crypto. Fewer stored documents also mean less personal data that can leak. Instead, we control use with technical rules. Bank, government and payment-portal targets are blocked, and SMTP ports are blocked. Abuse reports lead to account review and termination.
Does no KYC mean that no data is processed?
No. No KYC means we do not collect identity documents such as an ID card, a passport or a selfie. Like any network service, we process technical data to run the proxies and enforce our policy. The privacy page explains which data we keep and for how long.
Do other proxy providers require KYC?
Many large providers do. IPRoyal states that all clients undergo identity verification. Bright Data's Residential network requires company KYC for zones created after July 7, 2026. Both facts are as of October 2026, per their own pages. Other providers, such as Webshare, ask for KYC only to unblock certain targets.
Setup and connection
How do I connect to the proxies?
Connect to gw.asiaproxies.com on port 7777 for HTTP and HTTPS, or port 7778 for SOCKS5. Use the username and password from your dashboard. The setup guide shows working examples for cURL, Python requests, Node.js, Playwright and Scrapy. Most tools need only the host, port, username and password.
How do I pick a country and city?
You put the country code and city in the proxy username. The template is USERNAME-country-{cc}-city-{city}-session-{id}-ttl-{minutes}. For example, use the code jp for Japan or id for Indonesia. Leave out the city part to get any city in that country. Your dashboard lists the cities available in each country.
How do I keep the same IP for a while?
Add a session ID and a ttl value to the username. All requests with the same session ID use the same IP until the ttl ends. Sessions last up to 60 minutes. To get a new IP on every request, leave out the session and ttl parts.
Why do I get error 407?
Error 407 means the proxy did not accept your username or password. Check that you copied both from the dashboard with no extra spaces. Check the username format, including the country code. Also check that your balance is not empty and that your port has not expired. Then send the request again.
Can I use the proxies in a browser or a scraping tool?
Yes. Any tool that accepts an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy with a username and password works. This includes browsers, Playwright, Puppeteer, Scrapy and most no-code scraping tools. Enter the host, port, username and password in the tool's proxy settings. Your use must still follow the acceptable use policy.
Acceptable use and legal
What can I use proxies from AsiaProxies for?
You can use proxies from AsiaProxies for legitimate work on public data. Examples are price monitoring on Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Rakuten, Coupang and Flipkart, SEO and SERP tracking on Google, Naver and Yahoo! JAPAN, ad verification, social media management for your own or your clients' accounts, app and website geo-testing, and privacy.
What is not allowed?
Fraud, account takeover, credential stuffing, spam, carding, SMS verification, account farming, bonus abuse, ticket scalping and ban evasion are not allowed. Bank, government and payment-portal sites are blocked, and SMTP ports are blocked. Accounts that break the acceptable use policy are closed.
Is it legal to use a proxy in Asia-Pacific countries?
Using a proxy is generally legal, but what you do through it must follow local law and each site's terms. Many countries in the region have data protection laws that apply to personal data. This is general information, not legal advice. Check the rules that apply to your project.
How do I report abuse?
Send the IP address, the time with time zone and a short description to our abuse contact on the contact page. Our abuse team replies within 24 hours. We review every report and close accounts that break the acceptable use policy.
Countries and coverage
Which countries do you cover?
We cover East Asia, South-East Asia, South Asia and Oceania, except Iran and North Korea. The main markets are Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Australia. Every country has a residential page and a mobile page. The locations page lists all of them by region.
Is the price the same for Japan and India?
Yes for residential traffic, which costs from $0.50/GB in every country. Dedicated 4G/5G ports have two rates. India, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia cost $59.25 per 30 days. Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan cost $89.25 per 30 days.
Do you offer proxies outside Asia-Pacific?
No. AsiaProxies focuses on Asia-Pacific only, so every page, network list and price is about this region. If you need the United States or Europe, choose a provider that specialises in those markets. A narrow focus lets us keep one simple price for every country in the region.
4G/5G mobile proxies
Which countries have dedicated 4G/5G ports?
Dedicated ports are available in Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Each port is one modem with one local SIM card. The 30-day price is $59.25 in South and South-East Asia and $89.25 in Japan, Korea, Australia and Singapore. The country pages show the options for every other country.
How do I change the IP on my mobile port?
Call the rotation link of your port: https://asiaproxies.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY. Replace the port number and the API key with your own values from the dashboard. The modem reconnects and gets a new IP from the carrier in a few seconds. You can also set an automatic timer in the dashboard.
Is traffic really unlimited on a dedicated port?
Yes. Each dedicated port comes with unlimited traffic, because you rent the modem for a period of time. The acceptable use policy still applies, and blocked targets stay blocked. If you only need a few GB of mobile traffic, rotating mobile data from $0.90/GB may cost less.
Can I use a mobile proxy for SMS verification?
No. Our proxies route web traffic only, and they do not receive SMS messages. We also do not allow mobile ports to be used for creating accounts in bulk or for avoiding platform bans. Use mobile proxies for app testing, mobile ad checks and managing your own or your clients' accounts.
