What does AsiaProxies collect when you buy a proxy?

AsiaProxies collects three things at checkout: an account number, an optional email address and the payment transaction hash.

Top up once, then buy any product in any country from your balance: residential proxies, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile data. What you do not spend stays available; it never expires and is not refundable.

What does AsiaProxies never ask for?

AsiaProxies never asks for identity documents or personal details, for any product or plan size.

  • No passport, ID card, driving licence or selfie.
  • No phone number or SMS code.
  • No proof of address or company documents.
  • No real name or statement of purpose.

If anyone asks you for these in the name of AsiaProxies, it is not us. Report it to support.

Why does AsiaProxies accept only crypto?

AsiaProxies accepts only crypto because crypto lets us sell without collecting identity data. Card processors and banks require the merchant to collect names and billing addresses.

Crypto also works the same way in every Asia-Pacific country. A buyer in Vietnam, Indonesia or Korea pays the same USD price with the same coins. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC keep that price stable in US dollars. In Japan, domestic exchanges generally do not list USDT, so BTC or ETH is often easier there.

Which coins does AsiaProxies accept?

AsiaProxies accepts six coins. Choose the coin and network at checkout.

  • BTCBitcoin
  • USDTTetherTRC-20 or ERC-20
  • USDCUSD CoinERC-20
  • ETHEthereum
  • SOLSolana
  • LTCLitecoin

How many confirmations does each network need?

Your proxies are delivered after the network confirmations below.

Coin and networkConfirmations required
USDT — TRC-20 (Tron)20
USDT — ERC-20 (Ethereum)12
BTC — on-chain2
ETH — Ethereum12
USDC — ERC-20 (Ethereum)12
LTC — Litecoin6
SOL — Solana1

How payment works

  1. Top up $25 or more

Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.

  2. Send it to the address shown, on the exact network

The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.

  3. Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”

Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how your payment is found and matched to your account automatically. Nothing else to send us.

  4. Credited after the network confirmations

Your balance is credited once the network has confirmed the transaction. Usual times:

    CryptoNetworkConfirmationsUsual time
    BTCBitcoin2≈ 20 min
    USDTTron (TRC-20)20≈ 1 min
    USDTEthereum (ERC-20)12≈ 5 min
    USDCEthereum (ERC-20)12≈ 5 min
    ETHEthereum12≈ 5 min
    SOLSolana1≈ 1 min
    LTCLitecoin6≈ 15 min
  5. One balance for every product and country

If you started from a plan, it is bought automatically as soon as the top-up is credited and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any product in any country — residential, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile — paid instantly. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.

Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.

How do I pay for proxies with USDT TRC-20 from an exchange?

USDT on TRC-20 (Tron) has low fees and fast blocks.

  1. Choose a plan

Open the pricing page and pick a plan. For a first test, the 1 GB residential pack costs $1.50 (paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance, never expires and is not refundable).

  2. Select USDT TRC-20 at checkout

Choose USDT, then the TRC-20 (Tron) network. The checkout shows a deposit address and the exact USDT amount. Write down your new account number now.

  3. Open the withdrawal screen on your exchange

In your exchange, go to Withdraw, then USDT. Select the network named TRC20 or Tron. A payment on the wrong network may be lost.

  4. Paste the address and the amount

Paste the AsiaProxies deposit address. Enter the exact amount shown, down to the last decimals: it is unique to your top-up. If your exchange takes its fee from the amount, add the fee so the full amount arrives.

  5. Confirm the withdrawal

Confirm the withdrawal on the exchange, then click "I've sent the payment" on the payment page. The payment is matched automatically. Tron produces a block about every 3 seconds, so 20 confirmations usually take about one minute.

  6. Receive your proxies

The order page shows your gateway login when the payment confirms. Follow the setup guide to connect your tool or browser.

Does no KYC mean there are no rules?

No. No KYC means no identity paperwork, not no rules. Every account must follow the acceptable use policy.

  • Blocked targets: banks, government portals and payment portals.
  • Blocked port: SMTP port 25, so proxies cannot send email.
  • Forbidden uses: fraud, account farming, ban evasion, SMS verification, bonus abuse, scalping and spam.
  • Abuse desk: [email protected], reply within 24 hours.

Abuse leads to suspension or termination without refund.

Why do some proxy providers ask for ID?

Some large providers run identity checks before selling residential IPs. These facts were checked on 5 October 2026:

  • Bright Data's Residential network requires company KYC for zones created after July 7, 2026. Its ISP, Datacenter and Web Unlocker products do not need KYC.
  • IPRoyal states that KYC applies to all clients.
  • SOAX uses Sumsub KYC when you pay with crypto or access restricted domains or ports.

AsiaProxies instead blocks risky target categories for everyone and runs an abuse desk, without collecting identity documents.

No-KYC and crypto payment questions

Do I need an email address to buy proxies from AsiaProxies?

No. An email address is optional. At checkout you receive an account number, and that number is your login. If you add an email, we use it only for receipts and account recovery. Without an email, the account number is the only way to access your account, so store it safely.

What happens if I lose my account number?

If you added an email, you can recover access through it. If you did not, contact support with the exact amount and time of your top-up, which link the payment to your account. We do not ask for ID to restore access, because we never collected it.

Which coin is the cheapest to pay with?

Network fees change all the time, so we cannot give a fixed answer. In general, USDT on TRC-20, LTC and SOL have low fees. ERC-20 tokens and BTC on-chain often cost more to send. AsiaProxies charges the same USD price, such as $6.60 for 10 GB, whatever coin you choose.

Buying and using proxies is legal in most countries. Paying in crypto is also legal in most places, but rules differ by country. You are responsible for following the laws where you live. Your use of the proxies must also follow our acceptable use policy. Illegal use leads to termination.

Can I pay AsiaProxies with a card, PayPal or a local e-wallet?

No. AsiaProxies accepts crypto only: USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC and SOL. We do not accept cards, PayPal, bank transfers, QRIS, GCash, MoMo or other local wallets. If you hold local currency, you can buy USDT on a crypto exchange first, then send it to our checkout address.

Can I get a refund on a crypto payment?

Yes, within the refund rule: a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and used under 100 MB of the pack; dedicated ports that never deliver a working IP are refunded in full. Refunds go as a credit back to your AsiaProxies balance, where it never expires. Send your account number and the amount and time of your top-up to support to start a refund. Full details are on the refunds page.
