What is a Thailand residential proxy?

A Thailand residential proxy routes your requests through an IP address that a Thai home internet provider assigned to a real household. Websites see a visitor from Thailand, not a server.

The main home broadband providers are AIS Fibre / 3BB, True Online and NT. Residential IPs from such networks show the prices, ads and search results that users in Bangkok or Chiang Mai see. AsiaProxies, a no-KYC Asia-Pacific proxy provider, sells these IPs per GB.

What can I do with Thai residential IPs?

Thai IPs are mostly used for marketplace monitoring, ad checks and local SEO. Common legitimate tasks:

  • Marketplace price monitoring — collect public prices, vouchers and stock on Shopee and Lazada.
  • LINE ad and content checks — confirm that your LINE Official Account content and LINE ads appear correctly to Thai users.
  • Local SEO — track Google results in Thai from Bangkok, Chiang Mai or Hat Yai.
  • Travel and hotel price research — compare public rates shown to Thai visitors in Bangkok and Pattaya.
  • App geo-testing — test baht pricing and Thai-language content in your own app or site.

See our price monitoring guide. The Acceptable Use Policy blocks banking, government and payment portals.

How do I target Bangkok or another Thai city?

Add country-th to the proxy username, then city- and the city name in lowercase with no spaces. Examples: city-bangkok, city-chiangmai, city-hatyai and city-pattaya.

Add session- with an ID and ttl- with minutes to keep one IP, up to 60 minutes. If no IP is online in the city, the gateway uses another Thai IP. The setup guide explains the settings for each tool.

Can I pay for Thailand proxies with USDT?

Yes. AsiaProxies accepts USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, and USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20). Thailand's SEC added USDT and USDC to its list of approved cryptocurrencies, effective 16 March 2025.

There is no PromptPay, card or bank transfer, and there is no KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. You can also pay with BTC, ETH, LTC or SOL. Read how no-KYC payment works.

Should I use residential or mobile proxies in Thailand?

Residential IPs are the cheaper option for most monitoring and SEO work. Mobile IPs from AIS or True suit tasks that must look like phone traffic, such as LINE or in-app ad checks.

AsiaProxies sells dedicated Thai 4G/5G ports from $3/day, with unlimited traffic. A 30-day port costs $59.25. See Thailand mobile proxies.

A proxy is a standard networking tool, and the main legal questions in Thailand concern personal data and site terms. The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), known as the PDPA, governs personal data.

Public prices and stock levels are not personal data. If your project collects personal data, get local legal advice first. This is general information, not legal advice.

Thailand residential proxies: FAQ

How much does a Thailand residential proxy cost?

AsiaProxies Thailand residential proxies start at $0.50/GB on packs of 100 GB and more. The 1 GB test pack costs $1.50 (paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance, never expires and is not refundable), and 10 GB costs $6.60. Traffic never expires, and one balance works in every Asia-Pacific country. See all tiers on the pricing page.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No. AsiaProxies never asks for a Thai ID card, a passport, a selfie or company documents. You get an account number, pay in crypto and receive the credentials when the payment confirms. Use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which blocks banking, government and payment portals.

Can I pay with PromptPay?

No. AsiaProxies accepts only crypto, so there is no PromptPay, card or Thai bank transfer. You can pay with USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC or SOL. Prices are in US dollars, and the checkout shows the exact coin amount to send.

Which Thai cities can I target?

You can request Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai and Pattaya with the city- parameter. Write the name in lowercase with no spaces, for example city-nakhonratchasima. If no IP is online in that city, the gateway uses another IP in Thailand.

Can I monitor Shopee and Lazada Thailand prices?

Yes, for public product pages. Price, voucher and stock checks on Shopee and Lazada are common uses. Keep request rates moderate and use sticky sessions for multi-page flows. Do not create fake accounts, abuse vouchers or run purchase bots. Those uses break our Acceptable Use Policy.

Is there a refund?

Yes. The AsiaProxies refund rule is: a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and used under 100 MB of the pack; dedicated ports that never deliver a working IP are refunded in full. Refunds go as a credit back to your AsiaProxies balance, where it never expires. Test Thai targets with the 1 GB pack first. Details are on the refunds page.

Can I use the same balance for Vietnam or Malaysia IPs?

Yes. One AsiaProxies balance covers every Asia-Pacific country. Change country-th to country-vn or country-my in the username to switch. This helps when you compare marketplace prices across South-East Asia. See Vietnam residential proxies and Malaysia residential proxies.

Ready to target Thailand?

Top up from $25, choose a GB pack, plug in the gateway. No KYC.
