**Quick answer — What are the main AsiaProxies terms?**

**AsiaProxies** sells Asia-Pacific residential and 4G/5G mobile proxies, from $0.50/GB, under these terms. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. Your account is an account number. Use must follow the acceptable use policy. Residential traffic never expires. Refunds follow the refund policy. Abuse leads to termination.

## 1. Who we are

AsiaProxies is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019.

These terms are an agreement between you and ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which operates the AsiaProxies service and the website https://asiaproxies.com. In these terms, "AsiaProxies", "we" and "us" mean that operator. "You" means the person or organisation that holds the account.

## 2. The service

AsiaProxies provides access to proxy networks in the Asia-Pacific region:

- Residential proxies, billed per GB.
- 4G/5G dedicated mobile ports, rented for 1, 7 or 30 days.
- 4G rotating mobile data, billed per GB.

The service is supplied through established partner networks, as described on the [IP sourcing page](https://asiaproxies.com/sourcing/). Product details and prices are on the [pricing page](https://asiaproxies.com/pricing/). Prices shown at checkout apply to that order.

## 3. Your account

Your account is identified by an account number created at checkout. An email address is optional. We do not run identity checks.

You must keep your account number secret. Anyone who has it can use your account. We cannot restore access without the account number, a linked email or proof of payment. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by sub-users.

## 4. Payment

AsiaProxies accepts crypto only: USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20), BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC and SOL. Prices are set in US dollars. The checkout converts the price into the coin you choose.

You must send the exact amount on the network shown at checkout. You pay any network or exchange fees. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network. The payment steps are explained on the [no-KYC page](https://asiaproxies.com/no-kyc/).

## 5. Delivery and use of traffic

Access is delivered after the payment receives the required network confirmations. Residential and rotating mobile traffic never expires. A dedicated mobile port runs for the period you bought, counted from delivery, with unlimited traffic.

IP addresses are assigned by the partner networks and the carriers. We do not guarantee a specific IP, a specific number of IPs, or that a given website will accept the traffic.

## 6. Acceptable use

You must follow the [acceptable use policy](https://asiaproxies.com/acceptable-use/). It lists allowed uses, forbidden uses, blocked targets and blocked ports. Banks, government portals and payment portals are blocked. SMTP port 25 is blocked. You must not use the service if you are a sanctioned person or act for one.

## 7. Refunds

Refunds follow the [refund policy](https://asiaproxies.com/refunds/). In short: a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase and used under 100 MB of the pack; dedicated ports that never deliver a working IP are refunded in full. Refunds go as a credit back to your AsiaProxies balance, where it never expires. No refund is due when an account is terminated for a breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy.

## 8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy. We may also act when the law requires it, or to protect the network. Where possible, we explain the reason. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused traffic stays on your account unless the account is terminated for a breach.

## 9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Partner networks, carriers and target websites can change without notice. Incidents and maintenance are posted on the [status page](https://asiaproxies.com/status/).

## 10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These include lost profits, lost data or blocked accounts on third-party sites. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## 11. Privacy

We collect only the data needed to run the service. The [privacy policy](https://asiaproxies.com/privacy/) explains what we store, why, and for how long.

## 12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Important changes are listed in the [changelog](https://asiaproxies.com/changelog/). Orders placed before a change follow the terms in force at the time of the order.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms go to support@asiaproxies.com, as listed on the [contact page](https://asiaproxies.com/contact/).
