## How does AsiaProxies get its residential IPs?

AsiaProxies gets residential IPs through established partner networks. These networks route traffic through home internet connections in each country. A website sees a normal household IP from a local internet provider.

AsiaProxies does not run its own peer network. We resell access to partner networks and add our own gateway, targeting, billing and abuse controls. You connect to `gw.asiaproxies.com` and choose the country, city and session length in your username.

Traffic is billed per GB, starting at $0.50/GB. Details are on the [residential proxies page](https://asiaproxies.com/residential-proxies/).

## How does AsiaProxies get its mobile IPs?

AsiaProxies mobile IPs come from 4G/5G modems with local carrier SIM cards, run by established partner networks. A dedicated port gives you one modem for your session. The carrier assigns the IP, as it does for any phone on its network.

Dedicated mobile ports are available in Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. They come with unlimited traffic and start at $3/day. Shared rotating mobile data starts at $0.90/GB. See the [mobile proxies page](https://asiaproxies.com/mobile-proxies/) for carriers per country.

## Why does AsiaProxies not name its suppliers?

AsiaProxies does not name its suppliers because we only publish statements we can document. We publish a partner name only with that partner's written agreement. We publish details once confirmed in writing by our upstream partners.

For the same reason, we do not use labels such as "ethically sourced" or "100% consent-based" on this site today. Those labels need written evidence from the upstream network. When we have that evidence, we will add it here and log the change in the [changelog](https://asiaproxies.com/changelog/).

## What does AsiaProxies ask its partners to document?

AsiaProxies asks each upstream partner to document how its IPs are obtained. We are requesting written answers on these points:

- How residential users join the network, and how they agree to share their connection.
- Whether residential users are paid or rewarded, and how.
- How users can leave the network.
- Confirmation that the supply does not come from malware, botnets or hidden software.
- How the partner handles abuse reports and blocked targets.

We will publish a summary of these answers once each partner confirms it in writing.

## Why does IP sourcing matter in 2026?

IP sourcing matters because some residential proxy networks were built on devices whose owners did not know. In January 2026, Google reported disrupting the IPIDEA network. Google named 13 brands linked to it. It also reported that more than 550 threat groups used its exit nodes within 7 days.

AsiaProxies does not recommend or resell IPIDEA-linked brands. Our sourcing questions above are designed to keep this kind of supply out of our network.

## How does AsiaProxies limit misuse of its network?

AsiaProxies limits misuse with blocked targets, a closed email port and an abuse desk. These rules protect the people whose connections carry the traffic.

- Bank, government and payment portal targets are blocked for every account.
- SMTP port 25 is blocked, so the network cannot send spam.
- Fraud, account farming, ban evasion and SMS verification are forbidden.
- Abuse reports to abuse@asiaproxies.com receive a reply within 24 hours.

The full rules are in the [acceptable use policy](https://asiaproxies.com/acceptable-use/). Prices for every plan are on the [pricing page](https://asiaproxies.com/pricing/).

## Sourcing questions

### Are AsiaProxies residential IPs real home connections?

Yes. AsiaProxies residential IPs come from home internet connections, supplied through established partner networks. Websites see an IP that belongs to a local consumer internet provider. You can target a country and a city, and keep a sticky session up to 60 minutes. Traffic starts at $0.50/GB and never expires.

### Are AsiaProxies mobile IPs from real carriers?

Yes. AsiaProxies mobile ports use 4G/5G modems with local carrier SIM cards, run by established partner networks. The carrier assigns the IP address. Dedicated ports are available in Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. They start at $3/day, with no KYC and payment in crypto.

### Who are AsiaProxies's upstream suppliers?

We do not publish supplier names today. We publish a partner name only with that partner's written agreement. We publish details once confirmed in writing by our upstream partners. Any update to this page will also appear in the changelog, with a date.

### Does AsiaProxies use IPIDEA-linked networks?

AsiaProxies does not recommend or resell IPIDEA-linked brands. We ask each upstream partner to confirm in writing that its supply does not come from malware, botnets or hidden software. We will publish a summary of those confirmations on this page once we receive them.

### How do I report abuse coming from a AsiaProxies IP?

Email abuse@asiaproxies.com. Include the IP address, the exact time with the time zone, the target, and any logs you have. We reply within 24 hours. If the report is confirmed, we suspend or terminate the account that sent the traffic.

### Why do AsiaProxies prices have a floor?

Residential traffic never goes below $0.50/GB at AsiaProxies. Very low per-GB prices are often linked to poor or grey-market supply. Legitimate residential supply costs money, so a stable floor keeps our sourcing standards realistic. Every price is listed on the pricing page.
